Change your password

You can change your Eigen password at any time from Change Password in Space. You will need to know your current password to complete the change.

Change your password

1. Open Change Password in Space.
2. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
3. Enter a new password in the New Password field. It must be at least 8 characters. A strength indicator appears as you type, showing Weak, Good, or Strong.
4. Re-enter the same password in Confirm New Password.
5. The Log out of all other devices box is ticked by default. Leave it ticked to end any active sessions on other browsers or devices. Untick it if you want those sessions to stay open.
6. Click Change Password.

Eigen returns you to the home page once the change is saved.

If you use two-factor authentication

You still need your current password to change it. Two-factor authentication is a separate setting and is not affected by a password change. See Set up two-factor authentication for more.
