Update your profile

Your name and profile picture appear to other people across Eigen: in shared documents, messages, and workspaces. You can update both at any time from the Personal info page in Space.

Change your name

  1. Open Personal info in Space.
  2. Update the First Name and Last Name fields.
  3. Click Save.

The first name is required. The last name is optional.

Change your profile picture

  1. Open Personal info in Space.
  2. Click the camera button in the bottom-right corner of your profile picture.
  3. Choose Upload from files and pick an image from your computer.
  4. Click Save.

Your new picture appears straight away in the preview. It is not saved until you click Save.

Remove your profile picture

  1. Open Personal info in Space.
  2. Click the camera button in the bottom-right corner of your profile picture.
  3. Choose Remove avatar.
  4. Click Save.

Your name and profile picture are visible to other users. They may appear in shared workspaces, messages, and documents throughout Eigen.
