Customise columns

You can rename any column on a board you have write access to, or delete one you no longer need. Both actions are available from the Column Settings dialog.

Open Column Settings

Click the pencil icon in the column header. The Column Settings dialog opens for that column.

The pencil icon only appears if you can edit the board. If you have view-only access, the icon is not shown.

Rename a column

1. Open Column Settings for the column you want to rename.
2. Edit the text in the Title field.
3. Click Save Changes.

The column header updates straight away.

Delete a column

Deleting a column removes it and all the cards it contains. This cannot be undone.

1. Open Column Settings for the column you want to remove.
2. Click Delete Column.
3. A confirmation dialog appears. If the column contains cards, it tells you how many will be deleted.
4. Click Delete in the confirmation dialog.

Reorder columns

To move a column left or right, drag its header to the new position. Release when the column is where you want it.
